Self-managed or plan-managed?
We can work with you if you're self-managed or plan-managed. We can't work with NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participants, as they generally need registered providers. No. Hightym is not a registered NDIS provider. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants.
Is cleaning covered by my plan?
It depends on your individual plan. Please check with your plan manager, support coordinator or the NDIA.
Who do you invoice?
You or your plan manager, with your NDIS participant number on each invoice.
Can a family member contact you for me?
Yes, with your permission.
